1935A $1.00 SILVER CERTIFICATE

We have here a $1.00 SILVER CERTIFICATE of the 1935A series.  In my opinion the note would grade CRISP CHOICE UNCIRCULATED.   You should judge for yourself with the photos which you can enlarge.  the note is sharp with full corners, excellent color contrast.  It has no writing, holes or missing pieces, just crisp, bright and clean.  There are no folds, wrinkles or bends.  Its a great example of old paper money from the late 1930s when paper money could be easily exchanged for silver coins.  The Blue ink is striking in the serial numbers and the BLUE SEAL.   The pictures tell the story.  It comes from the W-B block.

The note does not have the national motto, "In God We Trust" on the reverse as it was printed before the Congress introduced it on paper money in later (1957 and after)series which adds to its historical uniqueness.
