SILVER CERTIFICATE

We have here the last of the 1935 series notes, its the $1.00 SILVER CERTIFICATE of the 1935H series.  In my opinion the note would grade Crisp Choice Uncirculated.   You should judge for yourself with the photos.  The note is clean and crisp with no faults, its a great example of old paper money.  The Blue ink is striking in the serial numbers and the BLUE SEAL.  It is fresh from a pack of 100 CU notes.  The pictures tell the story.

This was the only series from the 1935 types in which all the series H have the national motto, "In God We Trust" on the reverse as they were printed after the Congress introduced it on paper money in 1957 and all later series which adds to its historical uniqueness.  It was issued while John Kennedy was President in the early 1960's.
