1950E U.S. FEDERAL RESERVE $50.00 NOTE

With the BRIGHT GREEN SEAL of the Federal Reserve, a special bonus for any advanced small note collection.    Issued during a very historic period for the United States .  The Viet Nam War was getting started and the space race was on.  The 1950E was issued in the first term of President Lyndon Johnson from 1965-1966.  It was only issued by 3 of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks.  

Book value for the note is $250.00 in EXTRA FINE and $500 in CU, but retailers and Shop at Home TV often charges double that!   The note is sharp with no tears, writing, ink, holes, etc.  It has good color, is very clean, still fairly crisp and shows only the lightest handling.  It has sharp edges and corners with no folds, and a few faint wrinkles.  I'd rate it at Choice Extra Fine,  but you be the final judge with the photos which you can enlarge.
