U.S. Cooler manufactures premium walk-in coolers, freezers, and combination units at competitive prices. These installations are used for all types of cold storage. Various applications include restaurants, convenience stores, floral stores, grocery stores, warehouses, schools, and institutions.
Our walk-in units are constructed to the customer's specific needs. Each panel is engineered to provide quick and easy assembly. All walk-ins are pre-assembled at our manufacturing facility to assure all locking mechanisms and panels join together. The end result is a quality, sealed walk-in unit when assembled at its final location. Our panels are then packaged to ensure a safe arrival at the job site.

* This walk-in comes with a 1 HP remote outdoor refrigeration systyem. System comes with a condensing unit, evaporator unit and miscellaneous parts, all will need to be installed in the field. This refrigeration system must be installed by a licensed refrigeration technician. Our company can assist you with this requirement.
Operation:
This outdoor walk-in requires a minimmum of 7,947 BTUs
- PANELS - Wall and ceiling panels are constructed with tongue and groove 1 1/4 LB expanded polystyrene insulation sandwiched between two sheets of 26-gauge stucco embossed galvalume steel. Each panel comes equipped with cam action locking devices and double barrel vinyl gasket to allow easy assembly of walk-in in the field.
- FLOOR - Walk-in coolers and freezers without a floor must be installed on a ground contact concrete floor. A cooler can be installed without insulating the floor and a thermal break under each wall panel but we recommend installing both. A freezer must be installed on an insulated concrete floor and must include a thermal break under each wall panel.
- DOOR - 34” x 76” flush-mount cooler door is manufactured with foamed in place polyurethane insulation encapsulated between sheets of embossed 26 gauge stucco embossed galvalume steel. Door is right hand hinged and includes lever action handle, light, hinges, cam-locks, door closure, lighted switch and vapor-proof light fixture.
- REFIRGERATION-Remote inside refrigeration system, med temp, 1 phase, 1 HP, hermetic, 208-230 volt. Includes: Copeland condensing unit, evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve, low pressure control, sight glass, drier, solenoid valve, thermostat. maximum low 35 degrees. Does not include refrigerant - R22.(Refrigeration is based on an altitude of 5000 feet or less)

Warranty:
Refrigeration unit includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
Walk-in panels include a 10-year repair or replace parts only warranty. All other parts carry a standard 1-year parts warranty.

When your walk-in is shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery company’s name and your PRO number. For exact delivery date, please contact the delivery company. The complete system comes delivered on a pallet banded and wrapped for further protection. A forklift will be needed to unload unit or the unit can be unpacked and unloaded panel by panel off the pallet while it is still on the truck. Two or three people will need to be available to receive delivery if this choice is chosen. You may be charged a surcharge if it takes too long to unload the truck.
Internet cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card return fee, refrigeration restocking fees and any other fees incurred by us.

public, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Over
30,000 square feet of Used & New Restaurant Equipment.
All of our used equipment has been cleaned and checked
out, tested and repaired by one of our certified
technicians.
We are conveniently located off
I-75, 10 miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio, in Florence,
Kentucky.

Turn East onto Rte. 42
At the second stoplight, turn right
onto Industrial Rd.
Take Industrial Rd. to the first
stoplight and turn right onto Empire Dr.
Follow Empire Dr. 4/10 mile.

Turn in and follow signs past the loading docks to the end of the parking lot.

not accept responsibility
for packaging performance,
nor do we accept
responsibility for damage
after the item leaves our

Filing of damage claims

CUSTOMER
PICKUPS

are available for pickup at
our warehouse Monday ?
Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m., except for
holidays. Our staff will be
happy to assist you with the
loading of your vehicle.
There are no loading fees.

Appointments for pickup
must be made at least
one business day in
advance by contacting us

All items picked up will
be charged Kentucky
sales tax (6%).

Securing the load is the
sole responsibility of
the customer. We assume
no liability or
responsibility for loads
being improperly or
inadequately secured.
Please bring appropriate
means of securing your
load, as we do not have

items with refrigeration
are placed on their side
or back for loading
and/or transport and/or
unloading, there is no
warranty or guarantee on
the item.

within 30 days of
auction close will be
assessed a storage
charge of $30 per month,

cancelled and disposed
of. Any payment for

RETURNS
