United States, Scott 11 on 1854 cover with original enclosure.  Bold NEW YORK / APR 22 CDS ties 3c dull red with margins wide to just in at LL, addressed to Fallsburgh, Sullivan County, Ney York.  Original letter bylined Ney York, APR 21, 1854, written to Benjamin Seaman by his brother, L.E. Seaman, complaining about the slowness of the mails, business being excellent, and other matters.  Written on embossed, blue lined and watermarked "O+H" paper.

S & H only 75¢ for each additional item sent with this one.
