Combined Shipping: Available for auctions won within seven (7) days. DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL THE LAST AUCTION HAS ENDED. Then, use the “Check Out Now” button in the final auction, or follow the checkout link in the last “Winning Bidder” email you receive. This will automatically combine items for a lower shipping rate. NOTE: Shipping charges for oversized or excessive weight items will be excluded from consolidation due to special packaging. These will consolidate for payment purposes only.

Tracking and Carriers: We use the exclusive DHL/USPS Partnership method, for all Continental U.S. deliveries, and USPS for all International, AK, HI and U.S. Territory deliveries. Orders normally ship within 1–3 business days with tracking information automatically emailed.

International Tariffs, Duties, and Customs Charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Please direct questions to your country's local agencies. It is illegal to list purchases as "gifts", or devalue items on custom's forms, so please don't ask. Value listed will be the eBay selling price. This applies to all countries outside the U.S., including Mexico and Canada.

Local Pick Up: All items are available for local pick up. A $5.00 handling fee per item and local sales tax will apply. Please call us 24 hours in advance to properly adjust your invoice and prepare your order. NOTE: Purchases MUST be picked up within 10 days of auction close date, unless other arrangements are made in advance. SmartHotBuys' warehouse is located in Bonny Oaks Business Park at 6130 Preservation Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37415. Please bring ties and padding if necessary, to ensure safe transport of your items.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM AUCTION END DATE. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email us of when to expect payment. Otherwise, the sale will be CANCELED and item(s) returned to inventory after ten (10) days.
PLEASE PAY PROMPTLY TO AVOID AUTOMATIC NON-PAYING BIDDER ALERTS.
U.S. Buyers' Payment Options: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check, Money Order, and Cashier's Check. Personal checks must clear the bank before item will ship.
International Buyers' Payment Options: Currently, PayPal is the ONLY accepted form of payment.

Return Policy
SmartHotBuys strives to describe items accurately and ensure customer satisfaction. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item fails to materially conform to the item's description, or is defective. Buyer MUST notify us within three (3) days of item receipt. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. If the return is due to Buyer's Remorse, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and only the purchase price, minus original shipping charges and restocking fee ($3.00 per item), will be refunded. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. ALL SHOE SALES ARE FINAL.
If SmartHotBuys agrees to accept the return, it MUST be received in its' ORIGINAL CONDITION with ALL Accessories and Manuals within 14 days of approval, or the return will NOT be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and your account credited.
