This is a cornucopia planter, 6 3/4" tall, 6" in length, and 3" wide. The color is a shade of wine, with a speckled appearance on the base. The base has a small amount of white showing where the color and the glaze did not spread over all of it. No obvious chips or cracks that I can find, but it is a vintage piece.
The USA mark (U.S.A.) is on the bottom, under the glaze. I cannot confirm that it is McCoy, can't find it in my McCoy books, but there are some others on Ebay, all disagreeing on the manufacturer.
