Terms of Business

PLEASE READ the following carefully!  By Bidding on this lot, you are agreeing to the following.

We appreciate your business, and will do our best to insure that you have a satisfying experience in this, and future, transactions with us.  

Feel free to ask any questions up front, and ask us about anything else you are looking for, as we have MANY items not yet listed here, or on our Web Site, in inventory.  In some cases, we may have multiples of certain items, and encourage you to ask if you are looking for more than one of the same item(s).

Shipping and Handling:

Buyer pays reasonable S&H, and we do our best to offer the safest and most economical shipping option.  S&H is not a profit center for us, but does include the costs of actual postage plus shipping materials and supplies to help defer these costs.  We will gladly combine/consolidate packages, on multiple lots purchased, to help reduce your shipping fees.  Please confirm with us, prior to payment, if you are not clear on these costs and options...

We pack carefully and securely, and will guarantee safe delivery to the local shipping carrier agreed upon, but cannot control anything beyond that point.  We always recommend that you Insure and/or Register any items of significant value, to protect against loss or damage in transit.

Insurance and/or On-Line Verifiable Tracking is mandatory and included in most Fixed Price Domestic Purchase S&H Quotes.  International S&H costs may vary, and the buyer must accept full responsibility to insure (or formally waive the insurance fees and accept the risk themselves) for the potential for loss or damage of item(s) in overseas shipments. 

Please confirm these costs prior to close or payment.  We appreciate our Overseas customers, and to date have had excellent results in shipping items.  Buyer is responsible for any Customs Duties if incurred.

We do our best to ship lots as quickly as possible.  Domestic packages are typically out within Two (2) Business Days of receipt of immediately negotiable funds.  International packages may take longer, due to the required additional paperwork and the hand delivery required by the U.S. Post Office.

Return Policy:

Seller Guarantees that item will be as described; this includes a Return Policy if not satisfied.  You have Five (5) Business Days to Return Lot, in the same condition as originally sent.  Refund would include Original Payment Minus S&H and/or Unrecoverable Expenses related to this specific transaction only.

Full refund if we misidentify or misrepresent an item, again upon return of said item in same condition as sent.

Acceptance and Confirmation:

Confirmation of acceptance of business terms, via return email, including form and timing of payment with shipping address confirmation, is due within 3 Days of Auction Close.  Payments must be received within 10 Days of close, unless arrangements are made PRIOR to purchase, or lot may be sold to another party or re-listed at our discretion.

Payment:

Payment is to be made in U.S. Funds, via PayPal in most cases.

ANY Buyers wishing to use PayPal must have a verified address, and/or pay for some form of traceable shipping that meets with PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.

Notes:

1) If eBay's system is manipulated or crashes at any time which we feel has impacted the bidding on this lot, we will reserve the right to terminate and re-list the lot.

2) I cannot disclose reserves prior to the close of auctions, so please don’t ask.  All reserves are set reasonably to protect investments, but if an item doesn’t make a reserve, I’ll be happy to discuss it with you after the closing date.
