USA Scott 117 12c 1869 steam ship stamp CV $160. This stamp is centred way better than most. The perforations clear the design on all four sides. I usually avoid making subjective centering calls, but this one is obviousily Very Fine or better. There is a small margin tear at top, hard to see in scan but it is there, less than 2mm in length, may have been expertly sealed. This is what they call a cork cancel.
