Payment

Due to ebay new policy, Paypal is the only payment method starting from Sept 16, 2008. It is the easiest and quickest way. With Paypal instant payment, you will get your order within a week after the payment is done.

Shipping

We promise a 3 business days handling time, but normally we will ship out the order next day, you can check our feedbacks that most customers appreciate our fast service.

Dosmatic orders will be sent by USPS or UPS from our US warehouse.

International orders will be sent by UPS or HongKong Post either from our US warehouse or our Hong Kong warehouse.

Terms of Sale

When you bid the items, you are supposed to pay for it, so if you don't want to pay for it please don't bid, we will report all unpaid transcations to ebay because we need to get our listing fee back. If you have queries about the item, please contact us before you buy it.

Refunds and Replacement

1) All refunds and replacement will only be proceeded after we recevie the original items back, NO EXCEPTION.

2) Returns for refunds must be done within 7 Days after receive the orders. Other than that please contact us for approval before you send it back.

2) Shipping back the items is under the buyers expenses, in some cases, we will reimburse the buyer with our store credit or coupon.

3) In case of DOA (dead on arrival) or "not functioned as the description on the listing" we will replace a new one or issue a FULL REFUND including the shipping charge to customers.

4) In case of  "Returns with no questions asked" - means customers change their mind or don't like the item, we will only refund the item cost without the shipping charges. For all FREE SHIPPING items a $20.00 or 20% restocking fee will apply (whatever the value is lower will apply).

5) In case of defected or physical damage after 7 days, if the items have manufacturer warranty, customer can go directly to the manufacturer. If customer buy inssurance from Square Trade, they can go directly to Square Trade for a refund, replacement or repairing. If items have no manufacturer warranty or the manufacturer is not dosmatic, customer can contact us for help, we can help you to contact the manufacturer for repairing. It will take some time to do that, so please be patient with those situation, remember that we are always trying to help, but when things involve international mailing and manufacturer repairing, some timing matter is out of our control, although we have our team to do the follow up and make sure everything ok, still we need your patient on the matter.
