I did not clean up for the photos so my laziness is your savings. 

What I know about this:  The batteries(2)  are dead due to being frozen, I left it in the garage over last winter.  When the batteries were good my kids rode it around and it ran good.  I did put a meter on the built in charger and it is working.  The seat does not have any tears I see but one of the arm rests has torn foam.  This one has two foot rests that fold up when not needed.  The seat spins and locks.  From what I can tell all it will need is cleaning and batteries and it will be good to go.
