It has been tested by our technicians and found to be in working condition. The unit has a 3 speed gear driven transmission. The unit works with 115V, Single Phase, and has 3 gears. No attachments. Warranties on USED Items: All used pieces are sold As-Is with no warranties implied or expressed.

Warranties on NEW Items: If there is a mfg. warranty, look on box, paperwork, contact them direct. All kinds of warranty will be started at the day of purchase.

Items are shipped upon on the receipt of cleared fund. All equipment is sold FOB. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our store or manufacturer. We ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx for small items and freight company for Larger items. We will be happy to arrange shipping, crating, and packaging of your order. Know the packing and shipping charges.

All used equipment is sold FOB our dock in Nashville, TN 37207. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock. All new equipment is sold FOB manufacturers' dock at their facilities' location. We will be happy to arrange shipping, handling, and packaging of your order. Orders are usually shipped about 5 business days after payment has been processed and the order confirmed, unless otherwise noted in the item's listing. However, we do not guarantee shipping times. The Company neither accepts responsibility for handling and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. If damaged is sustained during shipment, we will be happy to aid you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Standard packing charges do not include additional protective handling or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge.  Insurance is not available for used items shipped via freight lines. Insurance is available for used items shipped with FedEx, USPS or UPS for an additional fee. We only offer curbside delivery. We do not offer inside delivery at this time.

NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.

IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH FREIGHT CARRIER BEFORE DEPARTING YOUR LOCATION AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO FREIGHT CARRIER'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.

For Large Equipment Purchases: After Auction Ends, please contact us by Email w/your EBay ID, item number, shipping address and method of payment so that we can send you shipping quote and arrange packing and shipment details with the Freight company.

Shipping by Freight Truck:  When an item arrives to you, it will be on the end of a truck only. The freight company does not bring a lift gated truck. If you need a lift gated truck-tell us, it is extra.

Some inventory we sell in our store may be posted on E-bay for sale. We have walk in customers shopping at the store. We will remove any posting if they are sold in our store, but please keep in mind we do have an active store. We reserve the right to cancel a sale, if it's been sold in the store prior to taking it off our E-bay auction list.

EBay winning bid prices can not be applied to store prices for walk-in customers.
