We gladly combine multiple items to save on shipping. Please see our other auctions & online store via the "RudyToys Store" link at the bottom of this listing. Combining items for shipping is only possible if a single payment is received to pay for all items/postage at one time.
Payment is due within 5 days of the end of the auction. After that time the item will be relisted if we have not heard from you.
You must give us the shipping address with your payment. We cannot match up email messages with orders.
Buyer pays shipping (& insurance, if protection against loss or damage during shipping is desired). We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company.
If there is anything in the auction listing which is not clear, please ask questions prior to placing you bid. A bid is a contract. We want you to be satisfied.
Returns/Refunds:
If the item received is substantially different than the description in the auction listing or in the online store listing we will honor a return and refund. Returns/refunds are not offered for other reasons. The buyer must email us with a description of the issue before receiving authorization (RMA) to return the item. Returned items must be received in our office in the same condition that they were shipped, in the original manufacturer's packaging. Return requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of package. We ask that you use our shipping box and that you carefully repackage items for return.
