  UZBEK TRADITIONAL SPACIOUS SILK "IKAT-ATLAS" WOMEN'S DRESS - CHEMISE  

Since ancient times one of the most important articles of Women's Uzbek Traditional National clothes is a Chemise. Uzbek Traditional National Chemise was and still is very popular among Uzbek women of any ages. There is a variety of fabrics, patterns and designs of Uzbek National Chemises. However each article is a unique sample of Uzbek Traditional Clothes.

 
This item is a sample of Uzbek National Clothes - traditional chemise from Gulistan region, Uzbekistan. The approximate age of the item is 1960-70s. It was made of silk "ikat-atlas" fabric. The pattern of the fabric consists of colourful vertical stripes in traditional Uzbek design. This Uzbek Chemise from Gulistan is an excellent addition to your Uzbek textile Collection.

Size: from top to bottom 42" (inch)/107" (cm), chest 58" (inch)/148" (cm).

Condition: excellent, except small spot.
