General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FP Logistics, Inc. Most unused merchandise in re-sellable condition with all original packaging, accessories and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.) may be returned for a credit or refund of the item price within 30 days of purchase. To accommodate customers with shipped orders, the return period will begin at the date of confirmed delivery. All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase date. All returns require either the original merchandise return slip or both the return authorization (RA) number and the invoice / sales receipt. Returns sent back without these documents will be rejected. If you are missing any of these documents, please contact our returns department at (714) 828-2496 or returns@fplogistics.com before returning any merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise, a credit or refund will be issued according to your request.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Should you return an order that qualified for free delivery, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total credit or refund.
