International/Non UK buyers are very welcome. We can accept payment by Paypal. When considering buying please remember our listing are in Pounds Sterling and you should ensure you know the exchange rate between Pounds Sterling and your local currency.

We will always leave feedback but we wait until it has been left for us first. Your feedback should be left for you within 5 days of leaving it for me. Please don't leave negative feedback without contacting us first as we will always try and resolve any problems. Please do not use feedback to ask after sale questions - please email us instead.

You must be certain you want/can pay for the item before you commit to buy. As soon as you commit to buy then ebay charges the seller a commission and the item is taken 'off sale,' preventing anyone else from buying it . If you then fail to pay then this means you have prevented someone who was prepared to pay from buying the item; the seller has to pay ebay the commission and the seller then has to pay to relist the item. If a buyer fails to pay they will receive a 'payment reminder' sent via ebay and if there is still no response a 'non paying bidder alert' will be filed with ebay and a 'strike' will be set against the buyers account. Three strikes and ebay will suspend the buyer indefinitely.

Please only click on 'buy now' once. You will then receive an email within an hour (usually within seconds) with payment instructions. If you do not receive the email immediately please do not click on 'buy now' again as this will order another item

Sales are final and we cannot accept returns unless the item has arrived damaged or not as described in the ad. The buyer must contact us before the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment where possible Mon -Fri . Often, the item will be dispatched the same day payment is received.

UK items are sent Royal Mail by the service specified in the ad. If an item fails to arrive we cannot send another unless a further payment is made. The buyer can make a claim to Royal Mail for compensation and we will offer any assistance I can; alternatively, we can make a claim and forward any compensation received to the buyer.

International items are sent Royal Mail Airmail. This is uninsured and the seller is not responsible for any items lost in the international mail. Insurance can be purchased at extra cost - please email me for details.

Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling. We cannot accept cheques drawn on non UK banks or currencies other than Pounds Sterling. Please ensure that with your payment you enclose a note to say what you have bought and your address as we deal with large number of orders - lots of people forget!
