All the item(s) listed in this and all of my other current auction have come from my Family Home, which was built in 1920, by Farmer James R. Dunn, on what was Dunn Family farm land, here on Turn of River Road, in Stamford Connecticut,  for his eldest daughter Joan (Dunn) Peterson, who died in the early 1960's, and left it to her Son,  Jack Peterson, an Artist, My Mother Purchased the Home from Jack in September 1965, on my mom’s passing in March of 1993, the house become mine, and Now after a Divorce, I, Am Re-Modeling the Home and clearing out Old Stuff from the 1920's to the early 1990's, I, will do my very best to tell You what I remember, when the item’s are from, and who they are from, Now!, some of the item(s) are a little bit dusty and dirty, but, look like “They” are in Good condition and/or good working order!, But, “ALL ITEM(S) ARE SOLD AS IS!, WITH NO RETURN!, FOR ANY REASON(S) AT ALL!!!”, the funny thing about the Home is  that in 86years, the home has only been in two-family’s, the Dunn/Peterson and the McEvoy’s, the bizarre thing is that both Mother’s left the home to both Son’s on their passing!!!.
