To Use: Use the doe foot, touch around the eyes where desired. Then using your fingertips, lightly pat in. A cooling sensation will be noted on application and when totally absorbed will give your tired eyes a bright look. Can be applied directly on clean skin before other products or on top of foundation/powder.

Shipping: US Customers ~ We will attempt to ship your item within 24 hours after cleared payment has been received. Once your order has left our possession, it may take 3 to 10 business days to reach you. SMM Cosmetics is not responsible for USPS transit times. Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges.
We love to give shipping discounts! Each additional item purchased, ships for $1. You must request revised invoice for multiple purchases in order to receive discount. Please make sure your address is correct in PayPal to ensure proper delivery.
International Customers:
- Free Shipping is NOT available for International sales.

Return Policy: We are sure you are going to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, in the unlikely event you are not, please return it within 7 days of stated delivery date. Include item number, full name, method of payment & email address. Refunds will be made for purchase price minus 10% seller listing fee and shipping cost.
Buyer is responsible for cost incurred shipping products back. All returns must be pre-approved by us and include a tracking #. Once package is received, a refund will be issued. A failure to follow any of these steps may delay the refund.
