Note on Beech Wood. It is very similar in grain to Maple. The hardness is comparable to Rock Maple wich is the hardest lumber you can get.

The chair shop takes great care when assembling these chairs. That noted you should have no trouble applying a stain or paint finish. Having finished Thousands of chairs I know that a lower quality chair will give you a very difficult and frustrating time to finish. This is a chair that will last a lifetime and you can be proud to own.

The turn around time is 2 to 6 weeks. We stock the chairs unassembled and it is a challenge to put together. If you are in a hurry email me so I can give you a definite turn around time.
