We ship our items using Fed Ex (3-5 business days), UPS (3-5 business days) or US Postal Services (3-10 business days). Method of shipping depends upon our warehouse locations and buyer's location. Item will be shipped within 1-5 days of cleared payment. We ship within the continental US ONLY. Please Note: Due to the change in the FedEx and UPS shipping policy shipper is not liable for the merchandise in the case of loss where signature service is not requested. If you wish to protect your item against loss or damage in transit, an additional $3.00 is required for signature delivery. Signature delivery may be added by choosing optional insurance during checkout.

We will gladly accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or significantly not as described. Unless described otherwise in the listing, all other sales are final. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
