Brand New. Measures 30"x32" inches . Made of 100% US woven heavy cotton. Hand painted by historic flag artist Scott Van Patten. He has sold hand painted flags and artwork all around the country. E PLURIBUS UNUM is hand painted in the upper banners. The lower banners have been left blank so that the high bidder can choose the unit of the flag, This flag will be produced using the same methods of the originals, nothing else used to produce the image other than a paint brush, no computer scanning or printing is involved. It is double sided, not only will you see the image on both sides, the numbers/letters will appear correctly on the back side also, not backwards as is the case with most reproduced flags. The eagle will appear the same as the front not the mirror image. Actually the flag is of two seperate paintings, one on the front and one on the back. You will be getting an actual piece of original American art. This flag is not mass produced, each one is handmade one at a time, .Has a sleeve for mounting just as the originals. We have checked with museum curators around the country and the most common means for mounting was a sleeve with tacks being used to secure it to the staff. If you prefer cotton ties instead they can be installed for free. You must let us know at the end of auction, the flag will automatically be shipped with the sleeve unless otherwise told. Please allow approximately 4 weeks to complete the flag. Depending on workload it may ship sooner or possibly a little later. We accept PayPal. High bidder pays $6.00 priority in the US only.
