About this nonprofit:
The Oasis Sanctuary is a Rescue and Retirement facility for exotic birds, predominantly CITES I and II endangered birds. We offer birds a stable and loving home for the duration of their natural lives. We do not sell or breed birds. Nor do we offer birds for adoption. The Oasis is accredited by both the American Sanctuary Association (ASA) and The Association of Sanctuaries (TAOS).

Blue Throated Macaw Charm
Bird Face Measures Approximately 3/4 inch wide

This unique charm was hand sculpted from durable polymer clay, without the use of paints of molds. Each tiny face feather was painstakingly applied individually.

The actual color bests matches the photo above, the pictures below are slightly brighter than the piece is in person.

This charm would be perfect on a charm bracelet, a purse zipper charm, or even a cell phone charm - the small spring clasp makes it easy to attach. The bird face is flat on the back, and signed on the back.

THE PHOTO SHOWS THE CHARM ENLARGED. The photo shows the charm next to a quarter for size reference.

This creation was hand sculpted and is sold to you directly by clay artist Alicia Merritt. Alicia has sculpted thousands of items for her customers which include collectors, boutiques, and pet lovers worldwide for over 10 years, and her work has been featured in several publications including Bird Talk magazine. Alicia's experience as a lifelong bird lover and devoted caretaker to her assortment of feathered friends over the years has aided in creating over 80 species of parrots in clay with tremendous detail and accuracy.
