THese Bills are in UNC mint condition notice the back has the signing of the Declaration Of Independence.  Only piece of American currency which displays and event on back.  All other US currency portrays a building

As you know - 2003-I series was in very low production making these bills very hard to come by in this condition

All bills are very well centered, clean and crisp high grade quality, and are in U. S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) marked wrappers. 

They are from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
