If item is defective, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding initial shipping charges) within 30 days subject to a Return Authorization from Gandhi Appliances. Please keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition in order to return. We will not accept returns with missing accessories or packaging. Obtain an RMA by email before returning. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
