New, still in the box, University of Iowa Hawkeye Weathervane.  It features the Hawkeye Logo.  "IOWA" is on the arrow feather as well.
The top is 20 1/4 inches wide by 10 inches tall. The windcups and direction indicator section is 15 inches across.

This is a functional working weathervane. 

It will look great in your yard, as well as at your tailgate parties.
