Easterly & Son of Fugates Hill, Virginia (located in Russell County).  10¢ denomination, aluminum, 24mm.  Token is not listed in the Virginia token book by David Schenkman, in fact, no tokens are listed for that town at all.  Token is in circulated condition and has some areas of light corrosion.  See photos.
