Return Policy

Your satisfaction of our product is guaranteed. You may return our product for exchange within 7 days upon receiving shipment. Shipping & Handling charge is not refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our disdbute center and shipping the exchanged product. All return item must be NEW in original box and not be used. Our customer service personnel will inspect the returned merchandise before refund or exchange. Please contact customer service for "Return Address" before you make any further step. Our customer serivce will help you to resolve any question.

We provide 3 months manufacturers warranty, warranty start day is the purchase day on ebay. Please note that all accessories are not included into the warranty. Accidental damage is not covered by warranty. Customers are responsible for 2 ways shipping and handling charges during the 3 months warranty period.

Buyers should contact us within 3 days if they find they get DOA item or a broken phone, and buyer MUST return back with all the original packaing within 7 days after report to us. We will arrange exchange if defective found in this period. Buyer need to return it for replacement. We would not send out new item for exchange before receiving the former item. If return phone do not defective or NOT NEW, buyer need to pay shipping and handling to ship it back to buyer.

We would not be responsible for item loss if carrier (UPS/DHL/EMS) proves the item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives a wrong address. Please make sure your address is reachable since UPS/DHL/EMS charge high returning fee for postage. If pracel return back due to undelivery address or wrong address, buyer needs to pay shipping and handling to re-ship.

25% Restocking fee will be charged for returning non-defective product. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, misuse, phone service provider does not support the phone, etc.

No matter what reason if buyer return the phone back to us, buyer need to be responsible for 2 ways shipping costs related to warranty and services. Buyer need to pay all shipping cost again for re-ship the item (Except buyer report DOA in 3 days upon receipt and send back in 1 week, we will re-ship for free but the shipping back charges still to be buyer's expense). If you don't intend or don't like to pay all shipping cost related to warranty and services.
