| Professionally Refurbished - Anyone can claim they have "refurbished" something, and perhaps even offer a "warranty". Good intentions aside, is someone working out of a garage, or someone doing this on the side, or a business where Power Conditioning Refurbishment is not a core function really able to deliver? Are their people fully trained on refurbishing this equipment to the manufacturers original standards? Do they have the financial resources to replace a large non-functioning unit, or do they even have a selection of units to choose from, or replacement parts? "Caveat Emptor", or let the buyer beware certainly applies.
