Postmarked January 9, 1918, this card was sent by one Joe F, Sperl, a soldier in training at Camp Custer. The card is particularly interesting, in that it contains a note of thanks to one Mae Noyes of Saranac, Michigan, whose name and address were found inside a sweater that she knitted, her contribution to the war effort. The card is in fine condition, showing no tears or creases. Buyer pays $1.00 postage/handling. Georgia residents add 6% sales tax. |
