The client may not resell, rent, lend, hand over freely, license or distribute the MAP in any manner that will provide for it's own economic benefit, even if validly purchasing more than one MAP. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the MAP remain in NAVSAT. The map is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind -- either expressed or implied -- including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NAVSAT does not warrant the performance of the MAP or that the MAP will meet your requirements or operate error free. You acknowledge that this MAP is the property of NAVSAT and is protected under copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You further acknowledge that the structure, organization, and code of the map are valuable trade secrets of NAVSAT and that the MAP in source code form remains a valuable trade secret of NAVSAT. You agree not to decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or reduce to human readable form the MAP or any part thereof or create any derivative works based on the MAP.
