Do you give some type of warranty with your products? Are all pieces new? By this I mean, is the foam all fresh and new? Smoke free? What is your policy on damaged items? If there was a problem, how long would it take to fix?

The warranty with our products is that we can replace the item if it is damage during shipment. The bench will last a lifetime of normal everyday used. Yes all pieces are new. The foam is all fresh and new. Yes it is Smoke free. The policy on damaged items when this item ships are we can replace the item with NO extra charge. Depending on the damage it may take 1 to 4 weeks. This price includes insurance.

What color Leatherette fabric can I choose?
