We are doing our best to describe and pack each item, however, accident does happen and we understand people change. Therefore, we are gladly to accept return for both damaged and unsatisfied items with restocking fee.  Please note S+H are NOT refundable.

Insured damaged item

1. E-mail us pictures of the damaged goods within 7 days after receiving and keep all packing materials, box BEFORE mail return item.
2. We will file the claim after receive pictures and inform you if package need to mail back to shipping company for inspection.
3. The refund will be given after USPS, UPS or Fedex give us refund.
4. S+H is not refundable.

Unsatisfied item – 20% restocking fee

1. Inform us about the return within 7 days after receiving.
2. Return item at customer's own expense. Insurance recommended, as we won't take any responsibility for lost/damaged return package.
3. Refund will be issued within 7 days after receive return item in the original payment method.
