Warranty:

Items will arrive as described above. Here is a description of our different warranties:
SOLD NEW: Item is sold new and is guaranteed to work.
SOLD TESTED AND FUNCTIONAL: Item is sold having been fully tested.
SOLD AS-IS: Item is sold with no warranty, final sale. We could not test the unit because of limited time, resources and/or skills.
SOLD POWERS ON, LIGHTS UP: Item is sold with a DOA warranty where DOA means it will power up as tested. Do not assume the item will be totally functional. We will test the unit to an extent, but there may be intermittent issues that we may not notice due to time or resource constraints.

What you see is what you get:

You will only get what is described in the auction. If an accessory is not described then you will not be getting it. If the auction listing includes a picture then you can verify the condition of the item and included accessories. If it is not in the picture then it is not included.

Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at our discretion. 7 days is plenty of time to process a PayPal payment. If the item is not described as having a buy-it-now option then please do not contact us trying to end it early as we will not cancel an auction. Failure to read our terms and policies does not dismiss your responsibility.

We also reserve the right to cancel bids and/or limit the quantity of bids on our products.

Shipping Details:

The item will be shipped by FedEx or USPS. Shipping costs are flat rate and are specified in the auction. These costs are not negotiable. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after full payment has been received. We will NOT ship using third party accounts. We cannot be held responsible for customs and duty fees charged by USPS or your government. Verify with them before bidding.

Please note that we are closed on weekends so items can only be shipped on the next business day.

You will pay a surcharge for shipments outside of the continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote before bidding.

International Shipping:

We can ship worldwide but there are far too many variables in International shipping to offer a flat rate option. Please contact us with your full address for an exact shipping quote.

Returns:

Before requesting a return, please contact us. Often we can troubleshoot problems through email. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged in all original packaging. We will also issue a RMA number. Your return will not be processed without this number written on the packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges when returning an item. We will ship it back to you at our expense.

• We are not open on weekends so you will be answered on the next business day.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is accepted. Please advise us before showing up so we can prepare the item.

Combined Shipping:

We will combine shipping whenever possible. If combined shipping is not specified in the auction then please contact us for a quote. Do not assume items can be bundled together in the same box. If you intend to win a few auctions please note that the 7 days payment rule still applies and that we will hold on to the item(s) for a maximum of 7 days before shipping them.
