I sell worldwide! But please note that the US Post Office says the
delivery time for Airmail is usually estimated as 4-7 days, while the
delivery time for Economy Post is 4-6 WEEKS.
Payments: I accept whatever eBay says is an acceptable form of payment.
All domestic shipments will be mailed with
Delivery Confirmation for the good of the buyer and the good of the seller. The confirmation number will be
emailed to you only at your request.
Buyer pays all shipping and handling
unless the auction description states otherwise. Items will be shipped
after full payment has cleared seller's account. I am using eBay's Calculated Shipping
feature on this item in order to give you the lowest shipping/handling
charges for wherever you are (See below this box). Be sure you know
shipping & handling charges before you bid. My shipping/handling
costs follow the guidelines set forth by eBay, which state that a "shipping
and handling fee can cover the seller's reasonable costs for mailing,
packaging and handling the item. However, shipping and handling fees
may not be listed as a percentage of the final sale price. When a bid
is placed, the bidder is entering into an agreement with the seller to
purchase the item, which most often means incurring reasonable shipping
charges that may also include handling fees." My shipping/handling
costs cover postage, packaging, and various expenses incurred by the
process of listing, selling, and delivering an item. I believe that
they are fair, and I do not use shipping/handling as a way of making
money. If that were the case, my starting bids could be much lower, but
there IS a rule about that. If you are not happy with the cost of
shipping/handling, simply do not bid. It would, in fact, be
counterproductive for you to bid in that situation, since you enter
into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if
you're the winning bidder. You are responsible for reading the full
item listing, including the seller's instructions and accepted payment
methods. |
If
you use eBay's Shipping Calculator to get an idea of what the
shipping/handling costs will be, bear in mind that the amount it shows
you may not be accurate. This is true especially in the case of
multiple winnings, because the calculator is using the total combined
weight of each item already in a package of its own, rather than
figuring the total combined weight of each item and a single package
(box). The actual cost will never be more than what the calculator
shows you, and will very often be less than what the calculator shows
you. This is why it is suggested that you wait for an invoice. You are,
however, quite welcome to pay without receiving an invoice as well.
Overpayments will be refunded. Underpayments (when due to seller error)
will be eaten.
Multiple purchases will receive an adjusted shipping/handling charge for the weight and
size of the package(s) containing the items.
Non-payment:
If you are the winning bidder of any of my auctions, and no payment or
contact is made within 4 weeks, eBay will be notified for resolution.
This isn't a bad thing, unless there is still no payment made.
Return Policy:
Hopefully there will be no need for this, but if there is, then items
bought unopened must be returned unopened, or refund amount will be
decreased at my discretion. Items must be returned within 21 days
(received by seller within 21 days), and email sent prior to return.
Opened items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent
to the buyer, or refund amount will be decreased at my discretion.
Items damaged in the mail will be covered in full by postal insurance
only if that option has been selected by the buyer beforehand. I will
refund you in the same form of payment that you paid me if you wish,
but naturally I'd prefer to do it with credit or exchange :o)
