This gate is 3 years old but in excellent condition with virtually no wear/tear.  It is the basic G80 Kidco Configure gate (3 24 inch sections) plus the extra 24 in extension.  It's 29.5 in high.  If you were to buy this new, it would cost you easily over $130 + shipping.    The gate worked wonders.  As you can see from the pictures, we designed it so we could easily walk up an staircase from one side but the other side of our home was closed off.  The door is easy to open with one hand - simply pull on the lever and off you go.  We didn't dare attach a gate to a banister or old house molding.  The gate is screwed into the wall with 3 screws on each side.  The gate is now in it's original packaging with instructions and is ready to go.  Good luck and happy parenting/dog training!
