Overall this phone is in very good condition. There is a round area of wear on the back plate (you can see it

in the pictures) from being placed or slid on a countertop. Also, just a few tiny scratches on the bottom near

the charger port. The phone is still very shiny and the caller ID screen is not worn or scratched at all. The main

display is also perfect, no identations from the buttons or scratches at all. The phone was definitely taken care of.

All features on the phone work just fine and the charger port fits a plug in tightly.
