 USED ORIGINAL CONN ALTO SAXOPHONE CASE!!!!!

For auction is a USED original Conn Alto Saxophone case. It is woodshell in gray tweed.

The hinges, latches and handles are all in good cosmetic condition. The latches work, but the springs might be worn out.

The exterior of the case is gray tweed and has scuffs and scratches from age and regular use. The only significant damage to the exterior is a small amount of missing material on the bottom. There is some wear to the leather on the edges of the case, but the structure is solid. You can see this in the attached pictures.

The interior of the case is blue. It is a bit discolored, but many cases of this vintage are discolored. There is a piece in the upper left hand corner of the case that has come out and will need to be re-attached. This case does come with a set of keys for the latches!

This case needs a little work, but is an excellent addition to a Saxophone player’s collection, especially if you own a Conn of that era.

Domestic Shipping – We will ship anywhere in the United States. The shipping cost provided is to the farthest ends of the lower 48 states. If you are closer to Wichita, Kansas, your price will probably be lower. If it is, we will refund the difference in shipping cost to you.

Our shipping costs are lower than those provided by the eBay shipping calculator. Buyers outside the U.S.A. are responsible for all import duties/taxes and customs clearance charges in their respective countries. Wichita Band Instrument Company is a small musical instrument emporium located in the center of the USA. We’ve been in business since 1953 and have had the same owner since 1963. Originally we were a repair shop that specialized in woodwind and sax restoration. Today we have 18 employees including eight of the finest repair technicians in the country. Virtually ALL the items we sell have been fully reconditioned in our own shop, although we do sell the occasional unrestored historical instruments each year.

Anything we sell can be sent to you for a short approval period without obligation. We collect NO SALES TAX, unless you’re lucky enough to live in Kansas. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance and must pre-pay back to us any freight charges on returned equipment. International shipping is available. Returned items will be refunded within 3 weeks of receiving the item. We’re happy to send any instrument “on approval” for five days, but ask the prospective buyer to pay shipping both ways and to please reimburse us for Ebay and clean-up charges (2.95%) on any returned item.
