Shipping

We set our auctions to end on Mondays and as long as payment is received on time, we will ship the item out on Friday.  If payment is not received by Friday, we will wait until the next Friday to ship.  Buy it Now items will also be shipped on Fridays.

Local pickup is available free of charge.  We will work with you to get the best price possible within a reasonable time period no matter where in the world you may live.  Get a discount!  We pay the shipping on multiple item orders over $120.00.

Combined Shipping

If you are the winning bidder on multiple items, we will work with you to combine shipping.

International shipping

Small packets will be sent via Canada Post Airmail and should arrive within 4-6 weeks.  Parcels can be shipped via Canada Post Surface and may take up to 4 months to arrive.  We will use airmail unless you specify you’re willing to wait the 4 months for the lower shipping cost.

Payment

Payment is to be received through PayPal within 7 business days or the item may become unavailable to you.  If you choose to send a money order via the post office then be aware that the item(s) will not be shipped until payment has arrived and cleared.  We will not accept personal cheques.

Refund

Item is sold as is.  No cash refunds will be given but exchange for credit or a similar item is possible.
