This is a standard black sharpie that has been used to write recently. It works and should continue to work for much more writing. It writes only in black, but it is a very nice black. People seek out this particular black frequently because of the prolific Sharpie name. Everything the pen writes is permanent because it is a permanent marker so I as the seller of this writing implement exempt myself from all accountability for its inalterable usage. Also, and I make no official claims or guarantees concerning this next attribute of the pen for I can in no way substantiate any of what has been told to me but it may be of interest to you, the buyer, to know that the friend, who gave me the pen, in it's slightly used condition, did after a certain afternoon of sign making grab hold of the pen and experienced the most peculiar phenomena which consisted of his physically leaving the ground which was then promptly followed by a subsonic aerial adventure that lasted for approximately two-and-a-half minutes and carried said friend through the skies above his house. His only conclusion was that the pen was enchanted and made him fly. He gave it to me after. I think he's crazy. I'm selling it.
