Up for auction is a Used Ludwig Accent CS 5-Piece Shell Pack with the Blue lacquer finish. This is shell pack that we are selling on consignment for one of our local Nashville customers.

If anyone is looking for a practice room kit or just something to take out and bang up than this little guy is the set for you.This kit has taken abuse,but nothing major. It served its purpose for  a long time and know it's time to pass it on to someone else. The top heads have been replaced with Remo Ebony Pinstripes. Everything is in fine working order.

Some drum rash on the 12 and 14 toms pictures are included.

Bidding Rules

• Any bidder with a feedback rating less that 10 MUST email us before bidding. If you fail to do so, we will immediately cancel your bid.
• Items may end early if there are no bids due to the fact that they are also for sale in our stores. If you are interested, bid now. Once first bid is placed, the item will not be available for sale in either of our stores.
• We do not accept offers, trades, or negotiations. If the stated price or shipping cost is unacceptable, then please DO NOT BID. We are well aware of what other eBay stores are selling, and what their prices are. Some of our prices may be higher or lower than a competitor for a reason.
• We will no longer end any auction early, unless the item has sold in the store and is no longer available for purchase through eBay. If you want an item, you must bid or Buy It Now. We maintain the belief that ALL of our customers are equally important, and we always strive to maintain fairness and integrity in bidding practices.
• If, for some reason, you need to cancel a bid, please email us IMMEDIATELY. If an auction is within 12 hours of ending, we will not cancel any bids unless the bid is from a customer with a feedback rating less than 10. So, it is imperative that you cancel your bid BEFORE the auction is within 12 hours of ending! Otherwise, YOU will be held responsible for your bid!

Shipping Details

We Ship Via UPS and USPS ONLY - SHIPPING TO AREAS OTHER THAN THE LOWER 48 STATES WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST AND WILL BE CALCULATED ONCE PURCHASED. Due to increased shipping volume, we can no longer provide custom shipping quotes before the auction ends. If you are an international bidder, you must wait until the end of the auction for the shipping price. For all large international shipments, we use CEVA-EGL Logistics. CEVA-EGL utilizes consolidated shipping services through a combination of several logistics providers, including UPS and Federal Express. Any international shipments that are smaller than a floor tom will be shipped using USPS.

As of 1/18/08, all shipping prices have increased. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to manipulate or control shipping rates. Please be aware of this when purchasing an item!

International Buyers: Please keep in mind that our shipping prices do not include brokerage or any duties (taxes) charged to you by your country. It is your responsibility to visit your country's Customs website and find out how much your country will charge you for import duties on a specific item.

If you are unable to pay for the item and its shipping costs, please let us know immediately so that we may sell the item to another customer. We quote actual shipping charges for all international shipments. Domestic shipping rates in our auctions are based on the average cost to send a particular item to any given region of the country. If you feel that any quoted shipping rate is unacceptable, we will gladly cancel the transaction and release you of any purchase liability.

Fork's is not a shipping brokerage, so please do not send any items purchased from other sellers. We can not be held liable for those items.

We pack all of our items as securely as possible to avoid normal damage. We also include insurance in all of our shipping prices in order to further protect ourselves and our customers. Auction Payment Details

• We accept a credit card number (by phone), cashiers check, money order and Paypal. International credit card payments may take up to 48 hours for verification. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!
• Tennesse residents add 9.25% sales tax to the final bid. Add shipping. You may make a credit card payment by calling us at 1-800-55-FORKS.
• We will only accept bank transfers for orders over $5,000 USD. An additional $35 will be charged for transfer and document fees. This is a non-refundable fee. If you qualify for a bank transfer transaction, please email us for wire transfer instructions.
• International customers may ONLY pay by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

Return Policy / Refund Policy

It is YOUR responsibility to examine your item(s) upon receipt. If there is ANY unexpected damage, you must contact us immediately so we can initiate an insurance claim.

All items are sold as is, so WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EBAY PURCHASES. We describe all items as accurately as possible, so please be sure to email us with any questions so there aren't any issues that you're not aware of when you receive the item. We want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to give you the best value with the best service.

We will only issue a refund if the item is damaged during shipment and we are unable to immediately replace the damaged item. We do not issue "price match" refunds for items sold on eBay. If you purchase an item from us, and we sell the same item at a lower price, Fork's will NOT refund the difference.

Fork's DOES accept exchanges for purchased items. If you are not satisfied with your eBay purchase, you can send it back for a store credit. YOU, the buyer, are responsible for any additional shipping charges that are incurred as a result, as well as a 10% re-stocking fee for the item that you purchased.
