I send attunements in real time, at a time that is convenient for both of us, with email support. I make a personal commitment to help you understand, to the best of my ability and within the time constraints that I have, what Reiki is and how it can enhance your life and self-healing and healing abilities.
This may entail several months of support. The four attunements for Reiki Level 1 take only about 40 minutes. Reiki Level 2 is 15 minutes. Reiki Level 3 is only 10 minutes. But the preparation before and the support afterwards can take more time.
Reiki is a path and process for living. And while Reiki itself is ultimately the real teacher, as your guide on the beginning of this path, my commitment takes time. I want to make Reiki available to as many people as possible, but I only have so much time in each day. My commitment requires that I be able to respond quickly and with the depth of detail that will give you the help and understanding that you need. Therefore, I ask everyone who comes to me for these attunements, please understand that emails that are not questions related to your study of Reiki may go unanswered. I simply do not have the time in each day to answer 5 or more emails of a personal nature from each of my students. Reiki is best learned through the practice of it. It is not learned through talking and reading about it. Reiki requires your intent, your attention and your commitment. If you have the intent to open up to, and trust, the process, to follow through, and the attention and commitment to devote to learning it through practice every day, then Reiki will be a gift that will change your life.
Having said that, I will go out of my way to ensure that you understand the process of Reiki attunements, what Reiki is and how it can best be used to benefit you and those you love. Reiki is Compassion... Reiki is Love... and Reiki will guide and teach you to have compassion and love for yourself, and then how to extend that compassion to those around you. Self-healing is the greatest gift one can receive and it is the gift of Reiki.

The word Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word that means “Universal Life Force Energy”. It refers to a natural system of healing by channeling life force energy that permeates everything.
This system of healing was founded by Mikao Usui (see picture above). It isn’t a replacement for traditional medical treatment; it is used in conjunction with standard medical treatments. It is a form of energy healing that can be used for yourself, for others (either in person or over distance), plants, animals, rooms, crystals, and other objects. It helps you to increase the level of “chi” (energy) in your body and in your environment.
A Reiki Practitioner has been attuned (empowered) by a Reiki Master to channel this energy. There are three levels of Usui Reiki;
- Level 1 where you learn the history of Reiki and, through 4 attunements, you learn how to channel Reiki energy yourself and for others;
- Level 2 where you learn to channel Reiki over distance and where you learn the first 3 Reiki power (alchemical) symbols, and;
- Level 3 where you are attuned to the master symbol and to a higher frequency of this universal energy. At Level 3, you can also teach and attune others.

Reiki Level 1: This is the introduction to Reiki. It teaches the student how to access and open up to Universal Life Force Energy. At this level, you learn the history of Reiki, and what this energy is, and the traditional Reiki hand positions. You will also learn how to incorporate Reiki into your daily life. At this level, you will be attuned and connected to the Reiki source of healing energy. The attunement itself takes about 30 minutes. You will then be capable of channeling healing for yourself and others through the hand positions that you will learn in this level. There are 4 attunements to this level, all performed during that 30 minute time period. This level of healing deals primarily with the physical realm. This attunement can be scheduled any Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. I also would like a picture of you. Email me your choices of times and a picture. Reiki Level 2: This is where you learn to use 3 of the main Usui Reiki symbols and how to use Reiki for long distance/absentee healing. At this level, you will receive the set of 2 attunements, which establishes a stronger connection with the energies that heal mental and emotional issues, and that can travel across any distance and time period. You must already have been attuned to Reiki 1. There are two attunements at this level.
These attunements will be scheduled any Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. I also would like a picture of you. Email me your choices of times and a picture. I will email you all course documents and the actual time of your attunement.
Reiki Level 3 (Masters Level): When the person is attuned into this level, all the Reiki energy is unlocked and complete mastery can be achieved over time. The person learns one more symbol and will be able to perform Reiki attunements for others and teach others. There is one attunement at this level. You must have previously been attuned to Reiki 1 and 2 before receiving the Master Level attunement. The Reiki Masters attunement strengthens and increases your healing and psychic abilities. Most people who seek out this level are those that are guided to become Reiki Masters or teachers and wish to go on to teach and attune others.
These attunements will be scheduled any Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. I also would like a picture of you. Email me your choices of times and a picture. I will email you all course documents and the actual time of your attunement.
This complete three-level course and attunements includes: Personal, one-on-one training and support through email, the Levels 1, 2 and 3 manuals and other supporting information and documents, seven attunements, and frameable, embossed Master/Teacher certificate, signed by me and mailed via USPS First Class Mail upon completion.

About Me
My name is Judith Carrell. I am 51 years old with a great wealth of life-experience. I am a 4th generation psychic, a healer, a psychopomp, a Reiki Master and shaman. I have achieved the ability to astral travel and I am able to touch and give healing to others around the globe.
