This is for the sale of a domain name only and there is NO website, content or hosting included.  This domain is currently registered with www.GoDaddy.com.  Winning bidder must have an account or open an acount  with www.GoDaddy.com so that the subject domain name can be pushed (transferred) to the buyer's account at the same registrar.  It is the buyer's responsibility to notify the seller with his account name at www.GoDaddy.com and provide such other information as is necessary for the seller to transfer (push) said domain name to buyer's account at the same registrar.  Seller believes that keeping the domain name with the same registrar at the time of transfer streamlines and simplifies the process of the sale so that it will proceed in a very expedient manner.   Also, Seller may have acquired some of the domain names he has for sale within the past 60 days and therefore there may be a period of time prior to the domain name being available for transfer to a different registrar.  FREE PUSH (TRANSFER) TO BUYER'S GO DADDY ACCOUNT.  Buyer shall provide all information needed for the transfer of the subject domain name.  Once transferred, it is the buyer's responsibility to complete their end of the transfer process in accordance with the registrar's instructions.

Seller makes no guarantees or representations about the short or long-term value of the subject domain name.  Seller further makes no guarantees regarding the winning bidder's success with respect to their future marketing efforts relative to the subject domain name.  Seller has performed no due dilligence regarding any trademarks of copyright infringement and makes no warranties of guarantees accordingly.  Seller warrants that he has not received any notice of any potential trademark or copyright infringements by the subject domain name.  Seller has made no guarantees nor has he given any legal advice as to the value, viability and marketability of the subject domain name.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE THROUGH www.ESCROW.com WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE.  SELLER HAS THE RIGHT (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO RELIST THE SUBJECT DOMAIN NAME FOR SALE IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN SAID 72 HOUR PERIOD OF TIME.  SELLER WILL PAY ALL ESCROW FEES TO www.ESCROW.com PROVIDED SALE IS CONSUMATED.
