Regulations applicable to airsoft bb guns:

The U.S. Government has approved and specified regulations applicable to airsoft bb guns. The blaze orange marking at the tip of the guns (you will see this featured in some photos of the guns) is a federal requirement; all reputable airsoft manufacturers and dealers must be in compliance with this ruling for legal use. This is for your protection so that your airsoft gun is not mistaken for a real gun while being used. All airsoft products, foreign or domestic, must meet this safety regulation.

Return Policy:

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. PwnSource.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by PwnSource.com. Items returned without a RMA original receipt will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. To receive an RMA send an email to customer_service@pwnsource.com. Please indicate order number and reason for return. For exchanges, please also specify the requested style, size, or any other information relevant to the merchandise.
Terms and Conditions - You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt as long as it is in it’s original condition. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit if the product is in it’s original condition. No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by PwnSource.com.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to PwnSource.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return
From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
Special Note On Toys-
All toys sold by PwnSource.com comes with 30 days manufacture warranty. We do not accept Toy returns for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within fourteen (14) DAYS from the date of purchase in order to exchange toys under these terms. Toy Warranty does not cover any physical damage or any scratches. We only cover manufacture defectives. We are not responsible if this RMA is issued after the 30-day manufacture warranty period has expired. Returned Items inspected to be without defect without any kind is not eligible for a refund. If the customer wishes such an item to shipped back to them, the customer will be solely responsible for shipping. If customer does not pay for shipping for non-defective returned merchandise, the package will be considered abandoned.

Special Note on Clothing - New unworn and unwashed items with all original tags attached to them. The items must be free of any defects and resalable. Sale items (price marked in red) are not refundable but can be exchanged for the same item if the requested size is available.
