Your Redcat Racing product is covered under a limited warranty for a period of 90 days on the vehicle. This warranty does not cover certain items.

Redcat Racing offers a Lifetime Engine Replacement Program and the program can be seen by going to the following location: http://www.redcatracing.com

 

This warranty does not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.

 

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

·          We only ship within the United States and Canada (see below for Canada)

·          WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.

·          No APO/FPO shipments will be made.

·          Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska buyers add $65 for shipping for USPS Priority Mail.

·          Canadian buyers add $30 for shipping to Canada via UPS Standard Ground.  If UPS Standard Ground is not available then the shipping charges are subject to UPS Worldwide Saver at a much higher rate, for such areas as Yukon and Northwest Territories and some other parts of Canada where UPS Standard Ground is not available.  Buyer is responsible for Canadian Duties, Taxes or other Import Fees.

·          Buyer must pay with US Currency.   We do NOT accept Foreign Currency.   Buyer is responsible for paying exchange rate conversion to US Currency if Foreign Currency is used.
