hold shipment and notify you by email and/or telephone. By bidding on

LOCAL
PICK-UPS:
Local
Pick up is offered on certain listings. If it is not offered in this
listing, you may email a request. There is no fee for local
pickup, but the
terms of payment are cash only, and there is no cash discount. Paypal
requires a common carrier delivery for Seller Protection
Coverage,
so Paypal is not an option if you are picking up.
FLAT
RATE SHIPPING:
If Flat
rate UPS shipping is offered for this item, the rate applies
only
to the Continental USA. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto
Rico. Most items can be
shipped to those locations, but usually via US Mail. Please

DAMAGED
OR DOA SHIPMENTS:
If
the item arrives damaged or doesn't power up, contact me immediately so
a claim can
be made against the shipper. Retain the box(es) and packaging.
So-called "Hidden Damage" may not be obvious from the condition of the
boxes. This includes DOA, or partially functioning items that
have no visible damage. Shippers have a short deadline for making
claims for "Hidden Damage". You agree to notify me of any hidden damage
within 3 days of delivery. If
you fail to notify me of hidden damage, including any item that arrives
DOA, in time
for
the claim to be filed before the deadline expires, and if
the shipper denies the claim on the grounds that it
was
reported late, then you agree to relinquish your
right to a
refund. My experience has been that timely, verifiable claims are
always paid by UPS and Fedex. Late claims may be denied.
NO
QUESTIONS RETURN:
If
you would like to return an undamaged, unaltered item, you may
do
so, at your expense, within 3 business days of delivery, for a refund
of the sale price
excluding S&H. If
you tear or tamper with the
sealed wrapper, container or blister pack of a new or collectible item,
or open its previously unopened box, then it cannot be
returned for a full refund.
If an item is returned that has been tampered with, then no refund, or
a partial refund at my discretion, will
be made. For this reason, be certain
to insure the return shipment for full value.
It
is very important that you
notify
me before making the
return. I can
help
you with your UPS label, drop-off location, or scheduling
pickup.
INACCURATE DESCRIPTION:
If you feel
that my item description
was substantially inaccurate,
and you would like to present your own terms for a full or
partial
refund, then you shall contact me with your request within 3 days of

amount, or to deny or refund any Paypal payment at my
