Our timeshare won't get any use by us this year so we are renting it out.  Dates available are now through the end of the year.  Unit sleeps four.  One bedroom, king size bed, murphy bed in the LR, beautifully appointed and right on the edge of the French Quarter on Decatur Street, 1/2 a block from Canal Street.  This timeshare is close to Harrah's, the Riverwalk, the streetcar that takes you to the opposite end of the French Quarter where the French Market is, or you can get off the streetcar at any stop and wander around the French Quarter, Cafe DuMonde, St. Louis Cathedral, etc.
