Large Heavy-Walled Glass VACUUM TRAP.  About 13" in length, and 2" in diameter.  Two Piece (45/50 Joints).  One Inlet is 35/20 Ball Joint with Rubber Seal, other is Glass Barb for ~3/8" to 1/2" ID Tubing.  Used but no damage of any kind.
