| Factory sealed: As implied by the name.
Mint (M): Opened but never played before. Perfect in every way including the disc, cover and other contents.
Near Mint (NM): The disc may have been played a couple of times for audition, and the cover and lyric booklet have no sign of wear. Like new.
Excellent (Ex): The disc has been played a few of times, but no obvious scratches or only lightest scuffs that can be found under strong light. The sleeve may show some signs of slight wear.
Very Good (VG): The disc has been played a lot and has visible scratches. The sleeve and inserts often have minor defects (scuff marks, creases, discoloration etc.), which are acceptable in general.
Good (G): The disc is heavily scratched in this grading, but still plays through without skipping. The sleeves usually have major defects, such as scuff marks, creases, discoloration, stains, writing, stickers, tapes etc. Buy the music rather than the cover art. |
