vbh-8108 | Sketch of a friend's Bird of Paradise in bloom. I've never had one of these plants in my garden, so when I had the opportunity to take some reference photos, I was delighted. This was the first sketch. I'm sure I will do a larger painting of this bloom some time in the future.
