US Lost Packages: If your package does not show delivered, USPS claims cannot be processed until after 30 Days of non-delivery of shipment.
International Lost Packages: USPS will not process claims until after 45 Days of non-delivery from time of shipment.
US & International Damaged Packages: Claims can be processed on receipt.
